Together Against Poverty - a campaign by
Heart of Bucks Community Founda�on
1 in 9 children in Buckinghamshire are living in poverty. Heart of
Bucks Community Founda�on has been providing emergency
grants for families and individuals in crisis since 2015. These
grants provide quick access to valuable 昀椀nancial support and
help during di昀케cult �mes.
In 2023 we distributed £2,000 every working day in crisis
funding to help those living in poverty in Buckinghamshire.
‘Together Against Poverty’ aims to raise funds to con�nue to
provide support to individuals directly and organisa�ons
working with those living in food, fuel and housing poverty.
