We (The Rotary Clubs of Marlow – organisers of the Marlow Santa’s Fun
Run) collect and process the following informa�on:

Name, age and contact details of all lead entrants
Names and ages of all team members – as provided by lead entrants
How we get the personal informa�on and why we have it
The personal informa�on we process is provided to us directly by lead
entrants. We need this informa�on to:

Ensure runner packs can be correctly assembled and distributed
Ensure that Santa suits are correctly allocated by age group
Ensure that we plan the organised run in line with insurance and
health and safety requirements
Ensure that we allocate runner numbers correctly – and can iden�fy
runners in case of emergency
Ensure that lead entrants are kept informed of developments
leading up to the event, and informa�on regarding how successful
the event was
We also occasionally receive personal informa�on indirectly, from direct
contact with local businesses, clubs, chari�es and similar regarding people
or organisa�ons who might be interested in par�cipa�ng in the event, or
who might be poten�al bene昀椀ciaries of the funds raised.
